Items supplied or repaired by us undergo thorough testing and meticulous packaging, including the use of anti-static bags/wrapping when applicable, before being shipped. In the absence of any communication from you within 7 days of delivery regarding issues with the items, it is assumed that you have received them in full working order and without problems.
If you intend to return an item for any reason, it should be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. Subsequently, you have an additional 7 days to return the item, inclusive of all packaging and documentation, for assessment/inspection.
For returns due to reasons other than those specified below, we must be notified in writing within 7 days of receiving the item. You then have an additional 7 days to return the item in its original condition and packaging, making it immediately suitable for re-sale. Returns of this nature will be subject to a 35% re-stocking fee.
Received in a defective condition
We will only authorize the return of an item under the following circumstances:
We provide a comprehensive 12-month return-to-base warranty on all reconditioned, service exchange, and new parts. If you encounter any issues within the first 12 months from the date of delivery, please reach out to our Customer Relationship Team. They are ready to assist you and guide you on the necessary steps to address any concerns.
Damaged in transit
In the event that items are damaged during transit, kindly report the issue to us within 7 days. This allows us to arrange a replacement unit for you promptly. If a replacement is unavailable, we will refund the full price of the items through the original payment method. Additionally, carriage costs will be refunded if the damage is attributed to our packing or the carrier's handling.
Please refrain from returning any damaged items until instructed to do so by OneIndustrial, as they may need to undergo inspection by the courier company. If you suspect damage during transit, we require photos of the damage for evidential purposes in potential claims.
Incorrect item
If you receive items which do not match those ordered, you should contact us within 7 days to arrange collection and return.
This returns policy does not apply to software and specially manufactured products.
